Lucky Blonde Client Agreement & Salon Policies
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following salon policies.
REFUND POLICY
All services, extension hair purchases, and retail sales are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, adjustments or minor tweaks must be requested within 24 hours of your appointment. Any adjustment appointment is subject to a $50 adjustment fee.
LATE POLICY
Clients arriving 15–30 minutes late may receive a modified version of their scheduled service based on the remaining appointment time. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the card on file may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total. Exceptions may be considered for serious emergencies or unavoidable circumstances at salon discretion.
CHILD POLICY
Children are welcome when necessary; however, for the safety and comfort of all guests:
• Children may not run, scream, or disrupt the salon environment
• Children may not touch salon equipment, styling tools, chairs, or chemical products
• No food or drinks are allowed on salon furniture
• Children must remain supervised at all times
If these policies are not followed, you may be asked to arrange for your child to be picked up or your service may be ended early.
EXTENSION POLICY
All extension hair purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Once extension hair leaves the salon, the client assumes full responsibility for the maintenance, care, condition, and longevity of the hair. Lucky Blonde is not responsible for damage caused by improper home care, product use, heat damage, water quality, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
Lucky Blonde may occasionally photograph or record portions of services for educational, marketing, or social media purposes. Please notify your stylist if you do not wish to appear in salon content.
